A Follow-up Letter after Client Renewal

It is 3x more difficult to get a new client VS. to retain the ones you have. Keep them on your program! Isn’t it very cool to know you have a 4:oo client 3- days per week, then to always wonder if you will get a client to fill that 4:00 slot if someone leaves? Call , follow-up, thank, go above and beyond the typical- they will never leave you! Why? They will miss all the pampering and judge the next trainer who doesn’t even compare!

Thank you for your recent renewal.  We truly appreciate your business and strive to offer you an excellent experience.
