Tip-Cable Chest Press from Dave Parise CPT FPTA MES on Vimeo.

Here’s a quick tip regarding opposition forces. The resistance profile is key to the outcome via the relationship between the joints involved and muscles. If the profile is off just a bit (scientific word) other internal forces come into play. Remember my buzz facts :External application creates internal forces, can these forces overcome specific finite joint articulations? Can they embrace, and absorb these forces? Do they emanate out a weak link? Whats is the weak link? Your client will find out soon enough…GET IT? You do not want that…its called negligence, less than substandard care. The set up is important…take the time to SCAN every angle of the movement…ABORT if you feel the need to avoid a wasted set that can lead to anything but a great outcome. That’s what makes you a requested trainer!
