The continues wave is safe and optimal. I see so many trainers just standing aside their clients as they look like a kid trying to catch their balance as there falling on roller blades. The arms are waving, it almost looks like a front raise. As a trainer whats the goal? Is it a ropes contest? Burn calories? I believe and stand by the safe progressions of the rope training. Its a great active rest, and if done properly can aid to quicker caloric expenditure, then any burpee…DON’T GET ME STARTED. 🙂
