Tricep Rope path of motion

By February 29, 2016No Comments

The famous black rope that’s way to short. Do you think the manufacture researched the articulation / path the elbow follows as it extends? Or did they make it the length so when your on the way up eccentrically it doesn’t make the weight stack hit? Never did you think of that did you? I laughed at one manufacture who said “we only had enough rope for this order, so we made 1000 ropes based on what we had in stock” Wow really”? The ropes were 2 inches shorter than their competitor. However they captured the market on price.

Now you just look for the rope, hook it up top clip, and extend away!  Today you can fine longer ropes (white with black end caps) which make it better, or you can make your own. The best solution is to use two ropes. Watch this Vid it will explain the how to do.
