Fillers…what are they? I see so many trainers not sure of their next move. Or.. they will will just repeat the same set to take up more time. A filler is strategical, and a calculated thought. Lets say your client has just completed a round of no-stop heart pounding battling ropes. Prior to that they may have done something that required them to be forward flexed. A great NEXT move would be to go into a bridge. The bridge will slow stoke volume, cardiac output (decreased heart rate) the top range of the bridge, will “reset” the vertebrae (clients natural curvature) The next as seen in the video is a series or core challenges, as you prepare in your mind what come next (preview of coming attractions)
