We teach and talk so you will be the best ! Lunges are an in integral part of all training programs. This statement is based on YOUR pre-activity screening to assure that your client can do a lunge properly. They have the kinetics / awareness, strength, and proper resistance profile to complete said repetitions. Remember every rep is an assessment.
