As a persona trainer there are many ways to keep the momentum with our clients. We have developed a series of exercises that are performed between sets. The sets can be defines as triplets (This means you are doing three different exercises as one set) you may go around in this pattern three times. Once you complete the first three exercises you may add one of these ‘Fillers or active rests.
