We now understand how a high pulley will elevate your shoulder, internally rotate, and take you out of opposition. We only feel it when we squeeze at the  end rage right? We believe, (fact) that a most muscular pose at the end is a moot point. Refer to the proper dumbbell, and cable press for optimal positioning for you and the client.
