An overhead press is 100% anterior shoulder girdle muscles. We / you agree it’s called front delts. The old school externally rotated position (elbows pointing to the sides) or Arnold Presses (Joke) I will tell you why the “turn” does nothing to the shoulder if you remember to ask me during our Skype test. The shoulder is fixed to the bench, a slight incline that gives it more force production and can handle a heavier load safely. This video is for the “Body builder” because of its environment.
