We created these imbalances from poor posture in the workplace. We created these imbalances by a trainer showing us poor exercise programing. We made them worse by continuing a progression of faulty movement patterns in the workplace or the gym. These are some of the corrective applications or movements to apply to your clients. Always remember that every rep is an assessment! Please watch your clients every move up cse and personal. Get in there face, and assist with verbal and tactile cues. You are more than a rent-a-buddy lol 🙂
