We have researched the research! This by far is optimal in working the entire chest region. The benefits are greater than the risk for the fact that its in true anatomical positioning. I am trying to say this:  When you have determined the body position, the direction of resistance, the speed to which we move, the path to which we follow, we have determined ‘TRUE” anatomical function. Its where the muscular-skeletal system functions most optimally.
