There are many ways to reset the vertebra after a long day of sitting. This is one exercise I always perform with every client, usually after the tube walk. If you look up the exercise “hip thrust” or “Bridge” you will get a better understanding of the importance of this move. Do not get confused by the marketing aspects of this move. It will not build a bigger booty, it may tighten it. When you load this move it works the hamstrings more than the glutes.
