Question for you…If I was to sit you down like Emilio is sitting….and you were 5 ft 8′ or taller… what would you do to avoid too much pressure on the low back as the weight lifts? Think about this…if your femur is higher than your hip as if water can run towards the crease of hinge in your hip…that’s going to play havoc on the entire lumbar vertebrae.  These are tedious  IMPORTANT responsibilities you are accountable for. This defines who you are, and what you will become in the eyes of others.
