Please do not laugh! This was one of my first videos for Dave Parise Fitness. The reason I show this is simple…I want you to understand “Goal needs” “Engineering of the body” and “Levels of control”. Those three buzz words will hold you accountable! Who is your client? What are the goals? Are they prepared to train like this? We don’t train the majority of our clients like this, is it wrong? No…does it make good anatomical sense? Yes…just understand who it applies to, and how to take stepping stones to get there.
