Triceps: Kick-backs for Triceps

This is another way to look at a Kick-Back. We perform Kick-Backs in this environment (Standing) to alleviate any forward flexed position. In a forward flexed loaded position we put 150% more stress on the(lower back ) lumbar spine. All to do what? Create opposition, so we feel it in the back of our arms. Does this makes sense in a professional way? Can we bring down the relative risk, and maintain a higher level or standard of care? Yes we can reduce liability, as well as an injury by performing the right exercise for the goal. We need to think about the typical YouTube education Vs. true anatomical science.
